I have been a customer of this company for a year now. The technician assigned to me is Joe, and I must say, he is truly exceptional. Joe consistently provides me with thorough answers to all my inquiries and always goes above and beyond to ensure the job is completed to my satisfaction. I have witnessed Joe working diligently in the pouring rain to ensure that my pool is clean and ready for the weekend. Employees of this caliber are a rare find in today's business world.

I strongly advise against using Moon River Pool Care. As a 100% disabled veteran, we chose them because they promote themselves as a veteran-owned business. Initially, they stated that new equipment was needed before they could begin weekly maintenance to ensure everything was functional. We agreed verbally to this, which is considered binding in Georgia, and I paid nearly $2000 for a new sand filter, timer, and inline chlorinator.However, after the installation, they failed to start the routine cleaning. When we reached out to inquire about the first cleaning session, they refused service, citing the presence of our dog, a gated entrance, and the type of pool as issues. If these were genuine concerns, they should have been addressed before I was asked to spend almost $2000. This oversight seems like bad practice and predatory sales tactics.

The Moon River guys are excellent. Pool looks great, less expensive than our last pool service, and Billy shows up weekly like clockwork. They also did some major repairs recently and did a very good and reasonably priced job. Kyle the Ops Manager is very good and responsive. I texted him about the repairs at 10pm Sunday night and he showed up before 10am Monday to check it out. I had a quote by lunchtime and the work done two days later. Highly recommended

Chris Doerner is hands down the best!! He is very detail oriented and always does exceptional work! You can be sure that your pool and hot tub will come out looking clean each time after Chris services it. Thank you Chris!
